An unexpectedly hard shot by Xinto Carreiras in the 8th minute of play forced Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goalkeeper Astor Odon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8thth minute of the game Xinto Carreiras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Astor Odon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Astor Odon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iraklis Rapanos, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Mark Vennerlund kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes, Sporting Buceo's Xinto Carreiras shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Astor Odon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sporting Buceo reached it. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xinto Carreiras was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Buceo's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Sporting Buceo booed when Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Mendebal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's Xinto Carreiras broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Filomeno Mendebal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Máximo Correia made a huge save. 30 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Máximo Correia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filomeno Mendebal. Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Filomeno Mendebal 34 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Wei Le Fei hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Alexandre Santana shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 37th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Máximo Correia but with some difficulty. Sporting Buceo's Xuan Casillas quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Genaro Ederono, made in the 41st minute of the game. Xinto Carreiras took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Astor Odon. Astor Odon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Everardo Milian took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Máximo Correia to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Everardo Milian made a kick off. In the 54th minute Sporting Buceo were awarded a corner. Xinto Carreiras went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Sporting Buceo's Xinto Carreiras to fire away a dangerous shot which Astor Odon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alexandre Santana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Máximo Correia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute of the match Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ got a corner. Sporting Buceo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Alexandre Santana ran over to the corner to take the kick. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Astor Odon successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Máximo Correia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Máximo Cozzetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iraklis Rapanos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Astor Odon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Astor Odon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iraklis Rapanos in the 71st minute of play. In the 77th minute, Sporting Buceo's Iraklis Rapanos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. Máximo Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
