Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alberto Jaen made the kick off which started today's match. 5 minutes into the match, Maximo Villamarin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Radek Mervart, 1-0. With a little luck, GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s Radek Mervart got control of the ball when Maximo Villamarin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute of the match Red Reign got a corner. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zigor Ardanza ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zigor Ardanza made a great header on Red Reign's corner, it was just that GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s Radek Mervart managed to reach the ball for a save. Dawid Ratulowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Henríguez's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Villamarin in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radek Mervart saved GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. from getting behind. If Maximo Villamarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Radek Mervart made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Maximo Villamarin sent off a good shot on target. Radek Mervart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Villamarin in the 23rd minute of play. Maximo Villamarins short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Radek Mervart to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Radek Mervart successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dawid Ratulowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Jaen in the 39th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Maximo Villamarin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Red Reign's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximo Villamarin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radek Mervart breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 45 minutes into the match, Maximo Villamarin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radek Mervart. GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maximo Villamarin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximo Villamarin was the one to do the kick off. Red Reign made a substitution. Ismael Blanco replaced Derlis Florentin. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 57th minute of the game. One of GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Red Reign:s goal. Jens-Ove Backlund made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Red Reign's Fabian Cerdeño. After some careless play in the GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. defense, Maximo Villamarin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radek Mervart. The GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radek Mervart should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s zone, Leoverliz Barrutia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radek Mervart came out of the goal and Leoverliz Barrutia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Jens-Ove Backlund in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Red Reign's Wincenty Szel. In the 74th minute, Leoverliz Barrutia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C. booed when Red Reign was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leoverliz Barrutia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80thth minute of the game Maximo Villamarin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GÉMINIS DARIÉN F.C.'s Radek Mervart was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Maximo Villamarin came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Red Reign fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximo Villamarin couldn't finish the play. Maximo Villamarin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radek Mervart having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Red Reign's Maximo Villamarin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radek Mervart narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Godofredo Eduino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximo Villamarin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radek Mervart read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 99th minute of play.
