The audience thought a goal was coming when Perivaldo Paiva got free with Thomás Linares in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Remus Vermeşan hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. When Dino Nicolini came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Montalcino SE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Nicolini couldn't finish the play. ASF BAIA MARE -MM-'s Thomás Linares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save ASF BAIA MARE -MM- from getting a goal against them. Perivaldo Paiva's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Thomás Linares skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Montalcino SE players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
