Epifanio Gabrio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oğuzer Altınpınar, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 27th minute of the match Penuel Football Club got a corner. Dejavu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After 32 minutes of play, Penuel Football Club's Eduardo Pires made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Batıkan Satı came out of the goal and Nando Pereira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Nando Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Nando Pereira put it in 4-3 from a short distance just to the right of Batıkan Satı. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Penuel Football Club fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dejavu had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
