The audience thought a goal was coming when Vitório Lago got free with Jerônimo da Cunha in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jerônimo da Cunha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vitório Lago in the 10th minute. Vitório Lago might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jerônimo da Cunha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vitório Lago ran back to his position shaking his head. 12 minutes into the match, Elite™- FC Galácticos's goalkeeper Jerônimo da Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vitório Lago. Percival Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atacan Rahim in the 15th minute of play forced Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper Allan Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Elite™- FC Galácticos booed when Palestra do Interior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Pankowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Allan Varela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maël Zapata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jerônimo da Cunha made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Percival Cruz sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th match minute, Elite™- FC Galácticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Cosme to maneuver through the defense. Allan Varela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atacan Rahim in the 32nd minute of the match. Percival Cruz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Jerônimo da Cunha made a huge save. Allan Varela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Atacan Rahim went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Allan Varela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atacan Rahim, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Elite™- FC Galácticos's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nikos Kladogennis in the 41st minute. The corner led Elite™- FC Galácticos's Nikos Kladogennis to fire away a dangerous shot which Allan Varela despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's Vitório Lago sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jerônimo da Cunha narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 45 minutes of play, Palestra do Interior's Vitório Lago made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jerônimo da Cunha was left in no man's land by his defense there! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Atacan Rahim was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Vitório Lago left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palestra do Interior fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Zachary Kosmatka was substituted for Luiz Paulo Seco. Allan Varela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nikos Kladogennis in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nikos Kladogennis got free with Allan Varela in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 61 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper Allan Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zachary Kosmatka. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Atacan Rahim took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Allan Varela to make any attempt to save it. Palestra do Interior's Ernani Velasco was substituted for Jorginho Ferreira. Elite™- FC Galácticos made a substitution. Gino Monteiro replaced Atacan Rahim. Palestra do Interior made a substitution. Fang Guang Bang replaced Niclas Danielsson. 73 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goalkeeper Allan Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabian Zabrzeski. Allan Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Monteiro in the 77th minute of play. Palestra do Interior made a substitution. 韩默克 replaced Vitório Lago. In the 79th minute of the match Elite™- FC Galácticos got a corner. Palestra do Interior's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Maël Zapata ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zachary Kosmatka was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Allan Varela made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Fabian Zabrzeski sent off a good shot on target. Allan Varela came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Elite™- FC Galácticos's Gino Monteiro. But to his dismay, Gino Monteiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Zachary Kosmatka took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Allan Varela to make any attempt to save it. 90 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goal looked a bit too open when Zachary Kosmatka came free, but Allan Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 92 minutes, 韩默克 made it 4-4 with a short kick to the right side. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Jerônimo da Cunha tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Elite™- FC Galácticos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
