Vlad Covrig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Halis Hamurcuoğlu in the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viliam Vrábel in the 11th minute of play forced PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Vlad Covrig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Viliam Vrábel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Covrig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Vlad Covrig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wladyslaw Debowy in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Viliam Vrábel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Covrig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35thth minute of the game Viliam Vrábel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Vlad Covrig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vlad Covrig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viliam Vrábel, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Viliam Vrábel made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Olimpiu Fecioru hit a great ball. Viliam Vrábel scored 0-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vlad Covrig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eric Astafei's late challenge caught a Sowliny ☆☆☆ A.D.2007's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eric Astafei helped the player get up and apologised. After 69 played minutes PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca got a freekick which was hit by Eric Astafei. Viliam Vrábel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vlad Covrig having to interfere. In the 81st minute of the match, Viliam Vrábel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vlad Covrig saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 84 minutes into the match, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goalkeeper Vlad Covrig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viliam Vrábel. Calistrat Şerbănescu hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After 90 minutes of play, Sowliny ☆☆☆ A.D.2007's Viliam Vrábel made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vlad Covrig was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vlad Covrig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viliam Vrábel in the 93rd minute of the match.
