Francisco José Millán started the match with the kick off. Francisco José Millán recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute, Pawel Turok made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Pancu. Forza Beşiktaş's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gliwicka Torcida's Claudinho Taffarel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Gliwicka Torcida from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the game, Francisco José Millán recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Claudinho Taffarel. Francisco José Millán showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Francisco José Millán kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Claudinho Taffarel. That made the score 2-1 in the 20 minute of play. Gliwicka Torcida's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Francisco José Millán scored to the left of an out of position Claudinho Taffarel, making the score, 3-1. Claudinho Taffarel made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Francisco José Millán sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gliwicka Torcida's goalkeeper Claudinho Taffarel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Daniel Pancu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Turok in the 32nd minute of the match. Mateusz Grajewski made in the 34th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Elmut Kellu. Francisco José Millán could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Claudinho Taffarel made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Francisco José Millán managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forza Beşiktaş's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco José Millán was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudinho Taffarel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Pancu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 肖树鸿 in the 40th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Gliwicka Torcida's goalkeeper Claudinho Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco José Millán. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Forza Beşiktaş's Daniel Pancu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Forza Beşiktaş from getting a goal against them. Francisco José Millán might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudinho Taffarel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Francisco José Millán ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudinho Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco José Millán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudinho Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco José Millán in the 63rd minute of the match. Elmut Kellu hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Forza Beşiktaş made a substitution. Can Tapık replaced Francisco José Millán. An unexpectedly hard shot by Can Tapık in the 71st minute of play forced Gliwicka Torcida's goalkeeper Claudinho Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mateusz Grajewski made in the 73rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Elmut Kellu immediately put the ball in play. In the 78th minute, Can Tapık ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinho Taffarel was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. After some careless play in the Gliwicka Torcida defense, Can Tapık kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claudinho Taffarel. The Gliwicka Torcida fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claudinho Taffarel should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute Fabian Bator shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Pancu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ozan Sekib hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Daniel Pancu was a little too slow when Quique Moreno got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 6-3. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gliwicka Torcida players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Forza Beşiktaş.
