In the 15th minute, Elia Di Vincenzo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Romulo Viator. The goal made the score 1-0. Romulo Viator made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elia Di Vincenzo in the 18th minute of play. Urbano Saturnin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaká Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Sao Brasola booed when OTTO FC - FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lv Jing Yao didn't get a good kick on the ball. OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Romulo Viator proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save OTTO FC - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Su Shu Zhen in the 42nd minute of play forced Sao Brasola's goalkeeper Urbano Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urbano Saturnin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaká Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the game, OTTO FC - FSCMZ's Su Shu Zhen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Urbano Saturnin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Sao Brasola's Joseph Asklöv was substituted for Orhan Bozdoğan.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaká Carneiro made a kick off. Urbano Saturnin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Su Shu Zhen, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After 55 minutes Sao Brasola's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lenílson Nascimento who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on OTTO FC - FSCMZ's corner Lenílson Nascimento fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Urbano Saturnin quite easily take care of the ball. Romulo Viator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joseph Asklöv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 67 minutes, Lu Jian Feng managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sao Brasola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lu Jian Feng was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 81st minute, Kaká Carneiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
