Sören Malmberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Vaggelis Pavlidis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sören Malmberg was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Vęgoria Team were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Club 23's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emre Demir took the corner. Druțu Daniel made in the 20th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Vęgoria Team's Fred Carlsson. Sören Malmberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vaggelis Pavlidis's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Vaggelis Pavlidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sören Malmberg having to make a save. Sören Malmberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vaggelis Pavlidis in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Vaggelis Pavlidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Malmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Club 23 getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Druțu Daniel hit a great ball. Sören Malmberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vaggelis Pavlidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Vęgoria Team getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Barnaba Marchewka hit a great ball. If Cássio Dracena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Druțu Daniel made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Emil Cioran immediately put the ball in play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vaggelis Pavlidis to strike the kick off in the second half. Volodya Kirov hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Vaggelis Pavlidis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sören Malmberg was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vaggelis Pavlidis in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sören Malmberg saved Club 23 from getting behind. Sören Malmberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vaggelis Pavlidis's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In the 77thth minute of the game Vaggelis Pavlidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club 23's Sören Malmberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Vaggelis Pavlidis put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Sören Malmberg. 83 minutes into the game, Roman Sierocki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sören Malmberg. Roman Sierocki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Roman Sierocki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sören Malmberg having to make a save. Sören Malmberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Sierocki in the 87th minute of play. Roman Sierockis short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Sören Malmberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Roman Sierocki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Sören Malmberg made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Vęgoria Team's Roman Sierocki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sören Malmberg. That made the score 0-5 after 91 minutes of play. When the final whistle sounded Vęgoria Team left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club 23.
