In the 3rd match minute, XMAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Zaccardi to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Heleno de Freitas got free with Armando Polidori in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Armando Polidori made an important save on a dangerous shot by Heleno de Freitas in the 7th minute. XMAS's Armando Polidori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heleno de Freitas in the 10th minute of play. Armando Polidori had great luck who in the 11thth minute grab hold of the ball when Heleno de Freitas from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 15th minute, Heleno de Freitas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Armando Polidori successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 17 minutes into the match, Heleno de Freitas notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of XMAS's Armando Polidori. Armando Polidori was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Heleno de Freitas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armando Polidori was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Heleno de Freitas in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Polidori saved XMAS from getting behind. Heleno de Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Polidori having to interfere. Ernesto Fontes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 26th playminute. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Heleno de Freitas put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Armando Polidori. Ernesto Fontes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Armando Polidori made a huge save. Edson Futebol Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tao Xing Yong in the 34th minute. After 35 minutes, Heleno de Freitas made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. XMAS's Armando Polidori tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Armando Polidori stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Heleno de Freitas's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Armando Polidori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heleno de Freitas in the 39th minute of play. Heleno de Freitas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Heleno de Freitas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Polidori made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Heleno de Freitas sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

After 50 played minutes XMAS got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Alfonsi. XMAS's Armando Polidori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heleno de Freitas in the 51st minute of play. In the 51st minute Heleno de Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Polidori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Lucas Hulk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Edson Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Heleno de Freitas put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Armando Polidori. In the 61st minute, Heleno de Freitas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armando Polidori was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Armando Polidori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heleno de Freitas in the 65th minute of the match. XMAS's Armando Polidori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heleno de Freitas in the 67th minute of play. When Edson Futebol Clube's Heleno de Freitas in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. XMAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tao Xing Yong ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Edson Futebol Clube's Ernesto Fontes getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Armando Polidori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heleno de Freitas in the 77th minute of the match. XMAS's Armando Polidori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heleno de Freitas in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind XMAS's goalkeeper Armando Polidori, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 80 minutes XMAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tao Xing Yong who took care of the corner kick. A well done corner resulted in Ernesto Fontes drilling the ball in to score 9-0 behind XMAS's goalkeeper. If Ernesto Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88thth minute of the game Heleno de Freitas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but XMAS's Armando Polidori was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heleno de Freitas in the 90th minute of play forced XMAS's goalkeeper Armando Polidori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Edson Futebol Clube's Heleno de Freitas in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye XMAS's goalie prevented a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Edson Futebol Clube fully deserved thier win.
