Paco Dean made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Kai Havertz sent off a good shot on target. After 4 minutes MKS Legion Częstochowa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olgierd Literski who took care of the corner kick. Gustaw Trojanowski tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Paco Dean. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 4th minute. A collision led to MKS Legion Częstochowa getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Emanuel Durães hit a great ball. In the 9th minute, Ferdi Kadıoğlu fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kai Havertz got free with Paco Dean in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 16 minutes MKS Legion Częstochowa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olgierd Literski who took care of the corner kick. MKS Legion Częstochowa's Paco Dean proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save MKS Legion Częstochowa from getting a goal against them. Arda Göksel Yalman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Czeslaw Banan, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Igor Zajac left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MKS Legion Częstochowa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Emanuel Durães charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Durães the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Emanuel Durães kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Kai Havertz in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paco Dean, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 42nd minute of the game Emanuel Durães made a throw-in which Czeslaw Kostrzewski played forward. Bozkurt were awarded a corner in the 45th minute after MKS Legion Częstochowa's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olgierd Literski took the corner. The corner led Bozkurt's Olgierd Literski to fire away a dangerous shot which Paco Dean despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valter Festas to strike the kick off in the second half. Emanuel Durães was shown his second yellow card after 51 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Bozkurt booed when MKS Legion Częstochowa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Durães didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ferdi Kadıoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Paco Dean tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mustafa Hakan Sufi hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, MKS Legion Częstochowa's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Abrahamsson came free, but Paco Dean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 minutes of play, Bozkurt's Albin Abrahamsson made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paco Dean was left in no man's land by his defense there! MKS Legion Częstochowa made a substitution. Napoleon Chlebek replaced Iwan Falk. Arda Göksel Yalman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustaw Trojanowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albin Abrahamsson in the 87th minute of play forced MKS Legion Częstochowa's goalkeeper Paco Dean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Hakan Sufi in the 88th minute of play forced MKS Legion Częstochowa's goalkeeper Paco Dean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paco Dean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Abrahamsson in the 89th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albin Abrahamsson in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paco Dean prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
