Haroldo Presebal might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfonso Baldassarre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Haroldo Presebal ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfonso Baldassarre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurino Acarreta in the 11th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Volvio Moreno's Godfredo Gau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfonso Baldassarre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurino Acarreta in the 18th minute of play forced UNLIMITED's goalkeeper Alfonso Baldassarre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Maurino Acarreta sped through UNLIMITED's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfonso Baldassarre. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Gau in the 24th minute of play forced UNLIMITED's goalkeeper Alfonso Baldassarre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurino Acarreta in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfonso Baldassarre saved UNLIMITED from getting behind. Alfonso Baldassarre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from João Carlos Porto went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When Volvio Moreno's Maurino Acarreta in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UNLIMITED's goalie prevented a goal. Alfonso Baldassarre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurino Acarreta's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute of the match Silverio Barrionuevo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfonso Baldassarre showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Maurino Acarreta took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfonso Baldassarre. Alfonso Baldassarre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Alfonso Baldassarre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Godfredo Gau in the 41st minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Godfredo Gau was the one to do the kick off. Alfonso Baldassarre came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Volvio Moreno's João Carlos Porto. But to his dismay, João Carlos Porto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Alfonso Baldassarre came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Volvio Moreno's Godfredo Gau. But to his dismay, Godfredo Gau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. A collision led to Volvio Moreno getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Haroldo Presebal hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Volvio Moreno's Godfredo Gau ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfonso Baldassarre. Alfonso Baldassarre yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. UNLIMITED's Alfonso Baldassarre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save UNLIMITED from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute of the match Volvio Moreno got a corner. UNLIMITED's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Haroldo Presebal ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Maximiliano Alonso managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Godfredo Gau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Baldassarre having to interfere. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind UNLIMITED's goalkeeper Alfonso Baldassarre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. UNLIMITED's Alfonso Baldassarre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save UNLIMITED from getting a goal against them. Maurino Acarreta in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alfonso Baldassarre, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alfonso Baldassarre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maurino Acarreta in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute João Carlos Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Baldassarre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso Baldassarre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximiliano Alonso went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. Silverio Barrionuevo took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfonso Baldassarre.
