Mean Machine's Menios Chloros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Mean Machine from getting a goal against them. David Costa hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. When Miltos Makris came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Mean Machine fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miltos Makris couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Miltos Makris left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mean Machine fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudinho Almeida got free with Menios Chloros in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nedim Emekli made a kick off. UNLIMITED's Alfonso Baldassarre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carles Pujol in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute of the match, Nedim Emekli got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alfonso Baldassarre was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 董林阳 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. In the 80thth minute of the game Nedim Emekli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UNLIMITED's Alfonso Baldassarre was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Menios Chloros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Rosalio, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Rosalio in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Menios Chloros prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Narciso Rosalio came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the UNLIMITED fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Rosalio couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes in the game Claudio Corelli did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Claudinho Almeida. In the 91st minute Nedim Emekli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Baldassarre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Mean Machine supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mean Machine would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
