An unexpectedly hard shot by Teet Lasso in the 17th minute of play forced Deportivo Medievales's goalkeeper Robert Abbondanzieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Deportivo Medievales's Augustinas Gavorskis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ain Averin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ain Averin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustinas Gavorskis in the 25th minute of play. Ain Averin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tytus Ziemniak in the 31st minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Deportivo Medievales's goal looked a bit too open when Kaido Jaas came free, but Robert Abbondanzieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robert Abbondanzieri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teet Lasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Robert Abbondanzieri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arno Luuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Dundee getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Arvo Kena hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Arno Luuk made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Augustinas Gavorskis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ain Averin was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Robert Abbondanzieri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arno Luuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Arno Luuk scored 1-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Abbondanzieri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Deportivo Medievales's Igor Oskitz quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Ain Averin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustinas Gavorskis in the 83rd minute of the match. After having played for 84 minutes, Augustinas Gavorskis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Medievales's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augustinas Gavorskis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Arvo Kena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Abbondanzieri having to interfere. Robert Abbondanzieri came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Dundee's Arno Luuk. But to his dismay, Arno Luuk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arno Luuk during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th match minute, FC Dundee was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arno Luuk to maneuver through the defense. Deportivo Medievales's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
