Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Venancio Prejun in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorginho Vaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Venancio Prejun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Venancio Prejun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Les Tigres fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jorginho Vaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Venancio Prejun in the 47th minute.
Les Tigres made a substitution. Ömer-Asaf Güneş replaced Venancio Prejun. Gonzo Maradona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Bittencourt in the 54th minute of the match.
