The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Txomin Astudillo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Bal op het Dak's Harvey Davies. Harvey Davies was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 7th minute, Txomin Astudillo made a precise shot to the right of Harvey Davies. FC Bal op het Dak's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 10th minute Yao Xiang Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harvey Davies saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 10 played minutes C. A. Gral. Lamadrid got a freekick which was hit by Yao Xiang Xi. In the 15th minute, FC Bal op het Dak's Artur Mendes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. A collision led to FC Bal op het Dak getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. José Luis Brown hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's goal looked a bit too open when Martijn August came free, but Erubiel Cambranes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Txomin Astudillo came free, but Harvey Davies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's goal looked a bit too open when Martijn August came free, but Erubiel Cambranes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

FC Bal op het Dak's Joop Meder was substituted for Shaq Francis. After 55 played minutes FC Bal op het Dak got a freekick which was hit by Iwan Valentijn. Erubiel Cambranes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwan Valentijn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, José Luis Brown hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bal op het Dak's zone, Txomin Astudillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harvey Davies came out of the goal and Txomin Astudillo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's Txomin Astudillo got a free kick in the 62nd minute. C. A. Gral. Lamadrid made a substitution. Eliu Tuver replaced Zachary Kosiorek. Erubiel Cambranes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwan Valentijn in the 66th minute of the match. Erubiel Cambranes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Mendes in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's goalkeeper Erubiel Cambranes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Harvey Davies showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Txomin Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Joop Meder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Erubiel Cambranes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erubiel Cambranes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwan Valentijn, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C. A. Gral. Lamadrid walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
