After having played for 13 minutes, Tord Söderqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Ferrari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tord Söderqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 15th minute Natalio Bieito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhang Chang Yang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zhang Chang Yang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Bieito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardino Urtats recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, La Maquina 9-12-18's Natalio Bieito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zhang Chang Yang narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 37th minute, one of La Maquina 9-12-18:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for La Maquina 9-12-18. La Maquina 9-12-18:s Jose Vimaro showed great skill when he stopped Tord Söderqvist:s penalty. After a defensive mix-up in La Maquina 9-12-18's zone, Tord Söderqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Vimaro came out of the goal and Tord Söderqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. S.C. Ferrari's Gergely Bollobás was substituted for Tord Söderqvist. La Maquina 9-12-18's Jose Vimaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save La Maquina 9-12-18 from getting a goal against them. In the 47th match minute, S.C. Ferrari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Váldson Arruda to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carmelo Vachon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. S.C. Ferrari made a substitution. Furo Furenbrink replaced Patrick Angelsø. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gergely Bollobás in the 63rd minute of play forced La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jose Vimaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 66 played minutes La Maquina 9-12-18 got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Vachon. After a rather tough play, La Maquina 9-12-18's Dario Gelacio got a free kick in the 67th minute. The audience was convinced that Furo Furenbrink's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jose Vimaro was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After taking down the ball on S.C. Ferrari's corner Furo Furenbrink fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jose Vimaro quite easily take care of the ball. Jose Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Furo Furenbrink in the 73rd minute of play. Furo Furenbrink received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Furo Furenbrink took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Vimaro. Jose Vimaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Furo Furenbrink in the 96th minute of play forced La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jose Vimaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. S.C. Ferrari had played much better football throughout.
