The Åsnes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernt Alsaker should have stopped the shot. After 14 minutes, Necdet Baysu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åsnes and the Trapiche players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Åsnes's Necdet Baysu got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Dilaver Orbay sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernt Alsaker skillfully saved the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Rafael Modestio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernt Alsaker, 2-0. Bernt Alsaker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Modestio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Modestio in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bernt Alsaker, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With an all-out effort, Trapiche's Bernt Alsaker threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ziggy Marley, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 44th minute Saverio Osasun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Alsaker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Roman Bide was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Åsnes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trapiche the free kick. The supporters of Trapiche booed when Åsnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Bide didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Modestio to make the kick off. Ziggy Marley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernt Alsaker having to interfere. In the 56th minute Rafael Modestio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernt Alsaker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Rafael Modestio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trapiche fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Kim Alnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, Jon-Inge Nysæter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Modestio took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernt Alsaker. Bernt Alsaker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Bernt Alsaker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felipe Garcia, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Teyo in the 75th minute of play forced Åsnes's goalkeeper Bernt Alsaker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Trapiche booed when Åsnes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Bide didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Åsnes's Poyraz Erçetin got a free kick in the 77th minute. The referee ignored Åsnes's protests and gave Tor-Kristian Fosse a yellow card for diving instead. Tor-Kristian Fosse hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Modestio in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernt Alsaker prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 87 minutes into the match, Trapiche's Hugo Itzaina sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernt Alsaker narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 89 minutes of play, Trapiche's Felipe Garcia made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernt Alsaker was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 95th minute, Felipe Garcia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernt Alsaker was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Trapiche's Cristian Paraense was substituted for Tadeo Abajas. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Trapiche had played much better football throughout.
