Bandung Tigers's Leopoldo Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Corneliu Dridu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute Leopoldo Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Pere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Leopoldo Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cosme Pere was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Bandung Tigers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wang Zheng Yun in the 14th minute. Cosme Pere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zulkarnaen Mandaga in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Corneliu Dridu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mekki Item. Bandung Tigers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Corneliu Dridu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Mekki Item made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Corneliu Dridu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dr Lecter SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corneliu Dridu in the 33rd minute of play forced Bandung Tigers's goalkeeper Mekki Item to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dr Lecter SC's Ma Wei Jun quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Xiao Jie De, made in the 35th minute of the game. The supporters of Bandung Tigers booed when Dr Lecter SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieguinho de Medeiros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Efe Tamer charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Efe Tamer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Dr Lecter SC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Efe Tamer hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goal looked a bit too open when Zulkarnaen Mandaga came free, but Cosme Pere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zulkarnaen Mandaga to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wang Zheng Yun in the 53rd minute of play forced Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Cosme Pere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Cosme Pere had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zulkarnaen Mandaga. Zulkarnaen Mandaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Cosme Pere made a huge save. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Corneliu Dridu sped through Bandung Tigers's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mekki Item. Cosme Pere was a little too slow when Zulkarnaen Mandaga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 3-2. In the 64th minute of the game Xiao Jie De made a throw-in which Fachri Puang played forward. After having played for 66 minutes, Fachri Puang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bandung Tigers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fachri Puang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mekki Item took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corneliu Dridu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Fachri Puang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bandung Tigers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-3. Corneliu Dridu scored 4-3 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mekki Item, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mekki Item showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Dieguinho de Medeiros's late challenge caught a Bandung Tigers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dieguinho de Medeiros helped the player get up and apologised. Dieguinho de Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Dr Lecter SC's Wes Vranx was substituted for Dieguinho de Medeiros. Dr Lecter SC made a substitution. Augustin Ţopescu replaced Válbson Batista. Dieguinho de Medeiros hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zulkarnaen Mandaga in the 85th minute of play forced Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper Cosme Pere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mekki Item made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corneliu Dridu in the 91st minute of play. A collision led to Dr Lecter SC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Frédson Lira hit a great ball. Dr Lecter SC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
