Sune Rudberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. With an all-out effort, Stal Sanok's David De Gea threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ari Hakanpää, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kálmán Kiss hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Cihat Cevval made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes Dombiratosi Football Club's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lin Ang who took care of the corner kick. When Stal Sanok's Ari Hakanpää in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. David De Gea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cihat Cevval during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Stal Sanok's Cihat Cevval got a free kick in the 78th minute. David De Gea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ari Hakanpää in the 83rd minute of the match.
