After a rather tough play, Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's Wieslaw Filipkowski got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The supporters of Three Lions FC booed when Wolverine A.C.【LBF】 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Mannie didn't get a good kick on the ball.

George Buffon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dariusz Nikodemski's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Froilan Mendiko in the 61st minute. After taking down the ball on Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's corner Froilan Mendiko fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and George Buffon quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Wolverine A.C.【LBF】 getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Dariusz Nikodemski hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Lukaku in the 66th minute of play forced Wolverine A.C.【LBF】's goalkeeper Bernabe Benat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernabe Benat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Lukaku, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
