Robert Holding was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 5 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute, one of Golden Dragón F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Golden Dragón F.C. A collision led to Πυργετός Fc getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Neil Litchfield hit a great ball. In the 11th minute Golden Dragón F.C were awarded a corner. Fernandez Vizcarreto went to the cornerflag to take it. Anton Benchev tried in the 11th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Xano Menendez a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-0. In the 14th minute Aniol Peña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Pesquera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Aniol Peña came free, but Hilario Pesquera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xano Menendez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Betzanos in the 20th minute of the match. Mattijs Parmentier made in the 27th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Aniol Peña. 34 minutes into the match, Golden Dragón F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Aniol Peña came free, but Hilario Pesquera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Betzanos in the 36th minute of play forced Πυργετός Fc's goalkeeper Xano Menendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattijs Parmentier kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Xano Menendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Betzanos in the 40th minute of play. Xano Menendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Betzanos, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. If Dario Betzanos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dario Betzanos was the one to do the kick off. Xano Menendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Betzanos in the 63rd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Anthimos Kousouridis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Πυργετός Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Dragón F.C the free kick. Anthimos Kousouridis kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Ke Chuan Xiang hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Xano Menendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandez Vizcarreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute Dario Betzanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xano Menendez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Golden Dragón F.C made a substitution. Tadeo Olmedilla replaced Dario Betzanos. Golden Dragón F.C were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Πυργετός Fc's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fernandez Vizcarreto took the corner. After taking down the ball on Golden Dragón F.C's corner Fernandez Vizcarreto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Xano Menendez quite easily take care of the ball. Golden Dragón F.C's Feng Xu Yong got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Πυργετός Fc booed when Golden Dragón F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernandez Vizcarreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xano Menendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Olmedilla in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Golden Dragón F.C players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
