Karl-Magnus Hansson made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bernardo Pitta. Kong Hao Xi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kalle Askberg having to make a save. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Leonello Messias sped through Sundborn IF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kalle Askberg. Leonello Messias might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kalle Askberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonello Messias ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Aristide Ştefănoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lagrima en Jarrita's supporters rose to their feet, but Aristide Ştefănoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kalle Askberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 28 minutes into the game, Sundborn IF's Alf Hansson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Loco Malo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Leonello Messias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Loco Malo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaloyan Mitashev in the 94th minute of the match. Lagrima en Jarrita's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
