Zamalek FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Chunche Montero in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan-Benjamin Hula in the 25th minute of play forced Zamalek FC's goalkeeper Rhys Dimmock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kenn Kuberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reese Otto in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes Skellerup FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Chunche Montero who took care of the corner kick. With a little luck, Zamalek FC's Rhys Dimmock got control of the ball when Stefan-Benjamin Hula tried to sneak it across the goal line. Indiana Jones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rhys Dimmock having to interfere. Cyryl Gotfryd took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rhys Dimmock. Rhys Dimmock dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Cyryl Gotfryd made the kick off in the second half. Rhys Dimmock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyryl Gotfryd in the 51st minute of play. Rhys Dimmock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan-Benjamin Hula in the 54th minute of the match. Mugurel Balaeț kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Rhys Dimmock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyryl Gotfryd, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Kenn Kuberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reese Otto in the 57th minute of play. In the 94th minute Fred Kirkpatrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kenn Kuberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
