Zheng Chao Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Negro, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Daniel Cravero made in the 40th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Serafin Janpier however managed to control. Genta Kartiwa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Rahim Kornes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Fernando Negro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Zheng Chao Wei made a huge save. In the 85th minute, Fernando Negro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seraċini Għawdxin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The supporters of Seraċini Għawdxin booed when Club Floresta Manda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position.
