Fabio-Roman Zabaleta was slow to take the kick. During this time Olympique Gdynia's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Olympique Gdynia's Fabio-Roman Zabaleta to fire away a dangerous shot which Filipe Meireles despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tanek Ostrowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paolo Cucao's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Filipe Meireles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tirso Isasaga in the 20th minute of play. In the 33rdth minute of the game Vincent Van Gogh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olympique Gdynia's Tanek Ostrowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 33 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Vincent Van Gogh sped through Olympique Gdynia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tanek Ostrowski. Filipe Meireles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Czeslaw Domeracki, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Filipe Meireles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. German Eskuin kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Paolo Cucao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th match minute, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panda Komando to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Fabio-Roman Zabaleta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olympique Gdynia's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabio-Roman Zabaleta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filipe Meireles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
