Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute Liang Cai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Boniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Acilia Town's goalkeeper Ciro Moscatelli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guido Olentzaro. Epifanio Boniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liang Cai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 played minutes Grütly got a freekick which was hit by Benito Bizi. In the 20th minute, Liang Cai made a precise shot to the right of Epifanio Boniel. Grütly's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 23rd minute, but Ciro Moscatelli got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Acilia Town hanging dry this time. Ciro Moscatelli made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Elpidio Gabrio sent off a good shot on target. In the 26thth minute of the game Liang Cai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grütly's Epifanio Boniel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ciro Moscatelli was a little too slow when Tadeo Frichoso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-1. Tadeo Frichoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Epifanio Boniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liang Cai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Liang Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Faustino Quintin hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Epifanio Boniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liang Cai in the 41st minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Franco Ucci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Epifanio Boniel. Grütly's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Franco Ucci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 46 minutes had been played when some careless play by Grütly's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Franco Ucci was slow to take the kick. During this time Acilia Town's players had a chance to rest. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tadeo Frichoso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Grütly's Benito Bizi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jorge Ramos, made in the 51st minute of the game. Grütly's Epifanio Boniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liang Cai in the 55th minute of play. Liang Cai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Franco Ucci struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Epifanio Boniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acilia Town. In the 63rd minute, Acilia Town's Liang Cai dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Acilia Town made a substitution. Alvaro Recoba replaced Jorge Ramos. Acilia Town made a substitution. Diego Garofalo replaced Ovidiu Ciulei. Grütly made a substitution. Feliberto Batista replaced Tadeo Frichoso. Benito Bizi got a throw-in 72 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sebastian Sedeni. A collision led to Grütly getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Benito Bizi hit a great ball. Liang Cai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Epifanio Boniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Liang Cai in the 82nd minute of play. Liang Cai blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Epifanio Boniel having to make a save. Epifanio Boniel came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Acilia Town's Liang Cai. But to his dismay, Liang Cai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Ciro Moscatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Batista in the 94th minute of the match. Acilia Town played a much better game than Grütly and deserved their victory. The Grütly players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
