In the 4th minute of the match TEATRomaniacy got a corner. S O B E R A N O CIMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sune Åkesson ran over to the corner to take the kick. When S O B E R A N O CIMZ's Cristiano Ronaldinho in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Yiğit Pekiner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Ronaldinho in the 11th minute of the match. If Marian Kornatowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yiğit Pekiner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Ronaldinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some careless play in the S O B E R A N O CIMZ defense, Fernandez Pizaño kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fran Guerola. The S O B E R A N O CIMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fran Guerola should have stopped the shot. In the 24th minute of the match S O B E R A N O CIMZ got a corner. TEATRomaniacy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Patrick Vaz ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Patrick Vaz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yiğit Pekiner quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in S O B E R A N O CIMZ's zone, Fernandez Pizaño stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fran Guerola came out of the goal and Fernandez Pizaño tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandez Pizaño in the 29th minute of play forced S O B E R A N O CIMZ's goalkeeper Fran Guerola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fran Guerola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernandez Pizaño in the 41st minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Fernandez Pizaño left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TEATRomaniacy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

TEATRomaniacy made a substitution. Christos Vournas replaced Rafal Wrzosek. The wind increased when Fernandez Pizaño made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Cristiano Ronaldinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Pekiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TEATRomaniacy's Yiğit Pekiner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Ronaldinho in the 60th minute of play. Jailson Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Yiğit Pekiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of S O B E R A N O CIMZ booed when TEATRomaniacy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sune Åkesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute Cristiano Ronaldinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Pekiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernandez Pizaño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Fran Guerola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fran Guerola stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fernandez Pizaño's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 80th minute, Cristiano Ronaldinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yiğit Pekiner was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind S O B E R A N O CIMZ's goalkeeper Fran Guerola, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the last second Fran Guerola throw himself and got hold of the ball when Fernandez Pizaño in the 84thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 90 minutes S O B E R A N O CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sune Åkesson who took care of the corner kick. In the 92nd minute Cristiano Ronaldinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yiğit Pekiner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute Fernandez Pizaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fran Guerola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. S O B E R A N O CIMZ's Jailson Barral got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. TEATRomaniacy walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
