The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ralph Sanger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Šair Lupin in the 4th minute of play. Silvio Pfeifer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Kinsen having to interfere. In the 9th minute Beso Negro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralph Sanger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralph Sanger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Ofelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute Bernardino Ofelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralph Sanger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laurita FC's Arnulfo Kinsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Laurita FC from getting a goal against them. B O B I S A's Ralph Sanger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Šair Lupin in the 18th minute of play. Ezequiel Emesto struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Ralph Sanger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laurita FC. In the 21st minute, B O B I S A's J.C. Mijatović ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arnulfo Kinsen. Arnulfo Kinsen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Laurita FC's Šair Lupin in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye B O B I S A's goalie prevented a goal. Laurita FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Csaba Szénási in the 25th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of B O B I S A's goalie and right to Du Zheng Rong. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. B O B I S A's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Bernardino Ofelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Ralph Sanger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Gustavo-Hernán Díaz threw the ball into play from the sideline. B O B I S A's Rudolph Bosch quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Arnulfo Kinsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Pfeifer in the 35th minute of play. B O B I S A's Rudolph Bosch quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Gustavo-Hernán Díaz, made in the 38th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, Laurita FC's goalkeeper Arnulfo Kinsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerry Fleischer. After 47 played minutes B O B I S A got a freekick which was hit by Arndt Moschen. Ralph Sanger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Šair Lupin's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Šair Lupin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ralph Sanger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mümin Aygüneş in the 54th minute of play. Arnulfo Kinsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerry Fleischer in the 55th minute of the match. The B O B I S A fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when B O B I S A's Silvio Pfeifer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With 60 minutes on the clock, Glen Stäuble commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernardino Ofelio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ralph Sanger. That made the score 2-1 in the 63 minute of play. Laurita FC's Filip Ikalewicz was substituted for Bernardino Ofelio. Laurita FC made a substitution. Hélder Fernandez replaced Esa Garcha. After having played for 67 minutes, Hélder Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laurita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hélder Fernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Alberto Kempes got free with Ralph Sanger in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mario Alberto Kempes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 80 played minutes Mario Alberto Kempes rounded B O B I S A's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. B O B I S A's Christophe Mehri was substituted for J.C. Mijatović. Mario Alberto Kempes might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ralph Sanger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mario Alberto Kempes ran back to his position shaking his head. Mario Alberto Kempes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Ralph Sanger made a huge save. Ralph Sanger was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Mario Alberto Kempes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mario Alberto Kempes really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Laurita FC's Arnulfo Kinsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christophe Mehri in the 94th minute of play. Roth Winiker got a throw-in 96 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Arndt Moschen. The B O B I S A supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Laurita FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Laurita FC.
