Vaggelis Lalas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciccio Bassani in the 6th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Fulvio Grande got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vaggelis Lalas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chatziioannou Sourlis in the 9th minute of play forced S.S.C. NAPOLI's goalkeeper Achille Albanesi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vaggelis Lalas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Grande in the 10th minute of play. Vaggelis Lalas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulvio Grande, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13thth minute of the game Fulvio Grande who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but YELLOW FC's Vaggelis Lalas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Achille Albanesi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save S.S.C. NAPOLI from getting a goal against them. Vaggelis Lalas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulvio Muzzolon in the 21st minute of the match. S.S.C. NAPOLI's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fulvio Grande in the 22nd minute. The corner ended in Fulvio Grande almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but YELLOW FC's Vaggelis Lalas did a great save. YELLOW FC's Vaggelis Lalas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulvio Grande in the 29th minute of play. Vaggelis Lalas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulvio Grande in the 29th minute of the match. Achille Albanesi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evripidis Zoubadellis in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute Evripidis Zoubadellis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achille Albanesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oliver-James Tsubasa got free with Achille Albanesi in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vaggelis Lalas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Grande in the 38th minute of play. Michel Dijkman struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Vaggelis Lalas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for S.S.C. NAPOLI. Achille Albanesi made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Jan-Olof Kämpe sent off a good shot on target. Abel Santo kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

YELLOW FC's Eutichios Panagakos was substituted for Oliver-James Tsubasa. In the 52nd minute Jan-Olof Kämpe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Achille Albanesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. YELLOW FC's Vaggelis Lalas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulvio Muzzolon in the 53rd minute of play. After 55 minutes of play, S.S.C. NAPOLI's Fulvio Grande made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vaggelis Lalas was left in no man's land by his defense there! 61 minutes into the match, YELLOW FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fulvio Muzzolon came free, but Vaggelis Lalas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute of the match S.S.C. NAPOLI got a corner. YELLOW FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fulvio Grande ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fulvio Grande made a great header on S.S.C. NAPOLI's corner, it was just that YELLOW FC's Vaggelis Lalas managed to reach the ball for a save. Richard Nixon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Jakub Moder was substituted for Fulvio Muzzolon. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Dave Pierucci was substituted for Richard Nixon. Dave Pierucci's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Vaggelis Lalas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dave Pierucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vaggelis Lalas having to make a save. Vaggelis Lalas was a little too slow when Dave Pierucci got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-2. Vaggelis Lalas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Pierucci in the 86th minute of the match. Ciccio Bassani came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vaggelis Lalas could save by the left post. S.S.C. NAPOLI's Fulvio Grande was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vaggelis Lalas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fulvio Grande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Vaggelis Lalas made a huge save. YELLOW FC's Vaggelis Lalas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save YELLOW FC from getting a goal against them. 94 minutes into the match, YELLOW FC's goalkeeper Vaggelis Lalas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dave Pierucci. Achille Albanesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Avraam Sevastopoulos in the 96th minute of play. The S.S.C. NAPOLI supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing S.S.C. NAPOLI would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
