In the 12th minute of the match October 04 got a corner. Jarana FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fellipe Valle ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Valko De Hond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Emilio Cascajares made a precise shot to the right of Evelio Milian. Jarana FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jarana FC's Evelio Milian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fellipe Valle in the 34th minute of play. If Emilio Cascajares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Cascajares in the 43rd minute of play forced Jarana FC's goalkeeper Evelio Milian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Li Sen Ling made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Jarana FC's zone, Emilio Cascajares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evelio Milian came out of the goal and Emilio Cascajares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jarana FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! October 04's Luís Paulo Pernambucano was substituted for Aníbal Correia. Jarana FC's Honorio Hunfredo was substituted for Fernando Cavenaghi. Jarana FC made a substitution. Sigve Rossland replaced Valko De Hond. Fellipe Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Bartolo Buinton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eskil Vester was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Eskil Vester came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Jarana FC's Bartolo Buinton. But to his dismay, Bartolo Buinton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 85 played minutes Jarana FC got a freekick which was hit by Joop Deswarte. Bartolo Buinton took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eskil Vester. Eskil Vester dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Jarana FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
