The audience was convinced that Henk Veerman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodosio Iigo was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Tom Hermansson hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Cihan Zafer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Hermansson in the 11th minute of play. Teodosio Iigo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henk Veerman went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henk Veerman in the 24th minute of play forced AZURDUY F.C.'s goalkeeper Teodosio Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henk Veerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Teodosio Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henk Veerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Teodosio Iigo came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Henk Veerman. But to his dismay, Henk Veerman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

The wind increased when Jerzy Niedbalski made the kick off in the second half. AZURDUY F.C.'s Teodosio Iigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save AZURDUY F.C. from getting a goal against them. A collision led to AZURDUY F.C. getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Fred Åkerström hit a great ball. Jerzy Niedbalski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Teodosio Iigo made a huge save. Tom Hermansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cihan Zafer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Tiburcio Muxica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Teodosio Iigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► made a substitution. Güney Özboga replaced Mustafa Yaşar Recai. Jerzy Niedbalski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Teodosio Iigo made a huge save. 83 minutes into the game, ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Jerzy Niedbalski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teodosio Iigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 85 minutes into the match, AZURDUY F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Niedbalski came free, but Teodosio Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teodosio Iigo was a little too slow when Jerzy Niedbalski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 0-5. Teodosio Iigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jerzy Niedbalski in the 97th minute.
