The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Olsson in the 3rd minute of play forced Mytarka €ity's goalkeeper Guga Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guga Baiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damien Roetering in the 5th minute of play. After 9 minutes of play, Dorpshaven's Dave Ostermann made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guga Baiano was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Vincent Pihlgren got free with Ramon Simons in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute Mytarka €ity were awarded a corner. Radowit Grocholski went to the cornerflag to take it. Guga Baiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damien Roetering, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Mytarka €ity's Cezary Fudalej quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Richard Spiering, made in the 16th minute of the game. Guga Baiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joakim Olsson in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damien Roetering in the 20th minute of play forced Mytarka €ity's goalkeeper Guga Baiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wlodzimierz Smolarek kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Dave Ostermann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga Baiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincent Pihlgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Ramon Simons made a huge save. Mytarka €ity were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Dorpshaven's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radowit Grocholski took the corner. Radowit Grocholski made a great header on Mytarka €ity's corner, it was just that Dorpshaven's Ramon Simons managed to reach the ball for a save. Vincent Pihlgren charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vincent Pihlgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mytarka €ity's Ulaş Kutel was substituted for Waldemar Wallach. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joakim Olsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Radomir Nieuzyla's late challenge caught a Dorpshaven's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Radomir Nieuzyla helped the player get up and apologised. 53 minutes into the match, Mytarka €ity's goal looked a bit too open when Damien Roetering came free, but Guga Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guga Baiano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damien Roetering, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 56th minute of the match Dorpshaven got a corner. Mytarka €ity's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tom Hedvall ran over to the corner to take the kick. 59 minutes into the game, Dorpshaven's Dave Ostermann nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guga Baiano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Guga Baiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damien Roetering in the 61st minute of play. When the match clock showed 63 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Gertjan Hardering sped through Mytarka €ity's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Guga Baiano. Guga Baiano made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Gertjan Hardering sent off a good shot on target. In the 66th minute, Dorpshaven's Gertjan Hardering ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guga Baiano. Guga Baiano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in Mytarka €ity's zone, Dave Ostermann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guga Baiano came out of the goal and Dave Ostermann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guga Baiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damien Roetering in the 80th minute of play. The throw-in from Richard Spiering in the 85th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mytarka €ity's Marian Debowy. The supporters of Dorpshaven booed when Mytarka €ity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Pihlgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mytarka €ity's Guga Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Ostermann in the 88th minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Mytarka €ity's goal looked a bit too open when Joakim Olsson came free, but Guga Baiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Mytarka €ity getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Vincent Pihlgren hit a great ball. Dorpshaven's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
