The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Seed Town West was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Vøge to maneuver through the defense. Wit Kasperowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenney Højerby in the 9th minute of the match. Seed Town West's Einar Klysnov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Maziarski in the 15th minute of play. Dan Vøges short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Wit Kasperowicz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to KS LEW Chorzów getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Wlodzimierz Zbikowski hit a great ball. Wit Kasperowicz made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Dan Vøge sent off a good shot on target. Dan Vøge might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wit Kasperowicz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dan Vøge ran back to his position shaking his head. Dan Vøge could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Wit Kasperowicz made a huge save. 26 minutes into the game, Juliusz Cuber threw the ball into play from the sideline. Seed Town West's Stor Back quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Seed Town West booed when KS LEW Chorzów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikolaj Juszkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in KS LEW Chorzów's zone, Dan Vøge stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wit Kasperowicz came out of the goal and Dan Vøge tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 29 minutes into the match, Mikolaj Budzynski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Einar Klysnov. Seed Town West's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mikolaj Budzynski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 33rd minute of the game Juliusz Cuber made a throw-in which Wieslaw Maziarski played forward. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Dan Vøge took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Wit Kasperowicz to make any attempt to save it. Wit Kasperowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Vøge, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to KS LEW Chorzów getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Wieslaw Maziarski hit a great ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Stor Back kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Dan Vøge left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seed Town West fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Seed Town West's Einar Klysnov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zachariasz Niedbalski in the 61st minute of play. Wieslaw Maziarski made a great header on KS LEW Chorzów's corner, it was just that Seed Town West's Einar Klysnov managed to reach the ball for a save. The Seed Town West fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. The audience was convinced that Betinho Rodrigues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wit Kasperowicz was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. There was no doubt that Seed Town West were the better team. Seed Town West's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
