After a rather tough play, Clube do Remo MZ's Kang Cheng Ao got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 8th minute, Bordat Aries hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 杨俊翀 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dagoberto Sandoval, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Didi Mello's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but 杨俊翀 firmly grabbed it by the left post. With his leg 杨俊翀 managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Clube do Remo MZ's Didi Mello fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 20 minutes into the match, Clube do Remo MZ's Didi Mello sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 杨俊翀 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dagoberto Sandoval got free with 杨俊翀 in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 26 minutes Hope AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dagoberto Sandoval who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Hope AFC's goalie and right to Virgill Van Dijk. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Hope AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hope AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dagoberto Sandoval was slow to take the kick. During this time Clube do Remo MZ's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Clube do Remo MZ's Dagoberto Sandoval to fire away a dangerous shot which 杨俊翀 despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tiaguinho Mandrak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. 杨俊翀 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dagoberto Sandoval in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 杨俊翀, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 44 played minutes Clube do Remo MZ got a freekick which was hit by Dagoberto Sandoval.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Sandoval in the 52nd minute of play forced Hope AFC's goalkeeper 杨俊翀 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clube do Remo MZ were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Hope AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dagoberto Sandoval took the corner. In the 55th minute, Tiaguinho Mandrak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 杨俊翀 was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 66th minute, Gustav Sanne got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 72 minutes into the game, Clube do Remo MZ's Kang Cheng Ao nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 杨俊翀 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. 杨俊翀 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Sandoval in the 81st minute of play. Manole Brănescu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Alirio Oyuela made a huge save. The corner ended in Avram Lucan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Clube do Remo MZ's Alirio Oyuela did a great save. After a rather tough play, Hope AFC's Eduard Pășcuțoiu got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 88th match minute, Hope AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edwin Gallagher to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Hope AFC's zone, Dagoberto Sandoval stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 杨俊翀 came out of the goal and Dagoberto Sandoval tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mihăiţă Iriza kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Clube do Remo MZ's Gustav Sanne got a free kick in the 95th minute. Hope AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
