Silver Squad AFC were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after Bresikas's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Henrik Ooms took the corner. Ulises Benet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waud De Geyter having to interfere. Benjamin Carberry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Cordarell having to interfere. Santiago Cordarell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Carberry in the 14th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Benjamin Carberry managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silver Squad AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamin Carberry was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santiago Cordarell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the match, Benjamin Carberry notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bresikas's Santiago Cordarell. Santiago Cordarell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 20 played minutes Silver Squad AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Mondrowski. In the 20th minute, Paulino Bero sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter didn't even have to move. In the 22nd minute, Benjamin Carberry left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Silver Squad AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loid De Keuster in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santiago Cordarell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Silver Squad AFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Bror Litenboks hit a great ball. Waud De Geyter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leovigildo Abumohor in the 32nd minute of play. Karl-Åke Stolpe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Waud De Geyter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Åke Stolpe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waud De Geyter having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's Benjamin Carberry sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santiago Cordarell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th minute of the match Silver Squad AFC got a corner. Bresikas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Henrik Ooms ran over to the corner to take the kick. Santiago Cordarell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Carberry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 played minutes Bresikas got a freekick which was hit by Leovigildo Abumohor. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Carberry's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santiago Cordarell was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. If Damazy Radzyminski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benjamin Carberry to strike the kick off in the second half. Santiago Cordarell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Radzyminski in the 51st minute of play. With his leg Santiago Cordarell managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Silver Squad AFC's Benjamin Carberry fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the last second Santiago Cordarell throw himself and got hold of the ball when Loid De Keuster in the 56thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Loid De Keuster could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Santiago Cordarell made a huge save. Bresikas's Santiago Cordarell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bror Litenboks in the 62nd minute of play. With a little luck, Bresikas's Santiago Cordarell got control of the ball when Loid De Keuster tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin Carberry in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santiago Cordarell saved Bresikas from getting behind. After 67 minutes Bresikas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Henrik Ooms who took care of the corner kick. Santiago Cordarell came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Silver Squad AFC's Benjamin Carberry. But to his dismay, Benjamin Carberry quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When Benjamin Carberry came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Silver Squad AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Carberry couldn't finish the play. Benjamin Carberry's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Santiago Cordarell skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Aquilino Eudoxio hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After 85 played minutes Bresikas got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Enekoitz. Benjamin Carberry who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Santiago Cordarell when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 94 minutes, Karl-Åke Stolpe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bresikas and the Silver Squad AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bresikas booed when Silver Squad AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Loid De Keuster didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silver Squad AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
