The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Qian Yun Ting had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dida Gentenaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Ruiz in the 9th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, SAPRIMECKBEL's goalkeeper Frank Mora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sacit Değirmenci. Dida Gentenaar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hector Ruiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. When Hector Ruiz came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the SAPRIMECKBEL fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Ruiz couldn't finish the play. Frank Mora showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Dominic in the 20th minute of the match. Hector Ruiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Gentenaar having to interfere. BATMAN SK's Dida Gentenaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Ruiz in the 32nd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, SAPRIMECKBEL's goal looked a bit too open when Baturay İlter came free, but Frank Mora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BATMAN SK's Dida Gentenaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Quiros in the 37th minute of play. Dida Gentenaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Ruiz in the 40th minute of the match. Frank Mora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qian Yun Ting, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hector Ruiz to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes BATMAN SK got a freekick which was hit by Bertha Max. Ali Hamza Duyar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Frank Mora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute Qian Yun Ting shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Mora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sacit Değirmenci in the 60th minute of play forced SAPRIMECKBEL's goalkeeper Frank Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sacit Değirmenci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caetano Carioca in the 87th minute of play forced SAPRIMECKBEL's goalkeeper Frank Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baturay İlter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Frank Mora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, SAPRIMECKBEL's Hector Ruiz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dida Gentenaar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ali Hamza Duyar kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
