The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Juventus PTM's Raimundo Espírito Santo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 13th minute Raimundo Espírito Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Gentenaar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, BATMAN SK's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Espírito Santo came free, but Dida Gentenaar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juventus PTM's Armando Gazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Dominic in the 15th minute of play. Yenal Tanır received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Dida Gentenaar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Gazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Hamza Duyar in the 29th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, BATMAN SK's goalkeeper Dida Gentenaar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yenal Tanır. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Espírito Santo got free with Dida Gentenaar in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Raimundo Espírito Santo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dida Gentenaar. That made the score 2-1 in the 33 minute of play. In the 46th minute of the match, Yenal Tanır got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dida Gentenaar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Raimundo Espírito Santo made the kick off in the second half. Juventus PTM's Osvaldinho Messias got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Armando Gazza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Qian Yun Ting. BATMAN SK's Dida Gentenaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Espírito Santo in the 58th minute of play. Dida Gentenaar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldinho Messias in the 66th minute of play. Juventus PTM's Armando Gazza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Juventus PTM from getting a goal against them. 74 minutes into the match, Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Armando Gazza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Hamza Duyar. In the 76th minute, Qian Yun Ting left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BATMAN SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Juventus PTM's Petre Mitică was substituted for Vidar Albäck. With a little luck, Juventus PTM's Armando Gazza got control of the ball when Qian Yun Ting tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, BATMAN SK's Qian Yun Ting sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Armando Gazza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. BATMAN SK's Dida Gentenaar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Honcioiu in the 89th minute of play. After 91 minutes of play, BATMAN SK's Qian Yun Ting made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Gazza was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Juventus PTM supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BATMAN SK's performance. The match ended with a win for BATMAN SK.
