Teofil Lewicki made in the 13th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Christoffer Axelsson immediately put the ball in play. Valeriu Hoisie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Lertora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Lertora in the 25th minute of play forced FC Bodil United's goalkeeper Valeriu Hoisie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Lehoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Teofil Lewicki with Simon Lertora as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Gahnsby got free with Aristide Beșliu in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute, Hamdullah Vezir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Honung's Aristide Beșliu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Honung from getting a goal against them. 36 minutes in the game Teofil Lewicki did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Christoffer Axelsson. 46 minutes into the match, Angel Lehoi notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Bodil United's Valeriu Hoisie. Valeriu Hoisie was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Gahnsby was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Honung's zone, Simon Gahnsby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristide Beșliu came out of the goal and Simon Gahnsby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valeriu Hoisie made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Simon Lertora sent off a good shot on target. After 56 minutes of play, Honung's Simon Lertora made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valeriu Hoisie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Honung made a substitution. Rune Fredriksson replaced Angel Lehoi. FC Bodil United's Bennvar Springer was substituted for Ivan Nyberg. FC Bodil United's Ronny Jansson was substituted for Patrik Wallin. In the 65th minute, Håkan Šuker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valeriu Hoisie was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. 68 minutes into the match, Rod Marsland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aristide Beșliu. Honung's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rod Marsland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Rod Marsland might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aristide Beșliu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rod Marsland ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Honung eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
