Senator S.A.K's attentive Gilbert Tusk managed to snatch the ball when Ferdi Uluç made a throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game. After 24 minutes, Mehdi Dündaroğlu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Senator S.A.K and the LEBRON players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of LEBRON booed when Senator S.A.K was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehdi Dündaroğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Senator S.A.K's Edvin van der Sar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Senator S.A.K from getting a goal against them. Yin Chuan Feng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edoardo Pasin, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd match minute, Senator S.A.K was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raşit Kuter to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Harkaitz in the 35th minute of play forced Senator S.A.K's goalkeeper Edvin van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LEBRON's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Edvin van der Sar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Acosta in the 43rd minute of play.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredo Llanos got free with Yin Chuan Feng in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 91 minutes into the match, Senator S.A.K's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Lopez came free, but Edvin van der Sar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LEBRON walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
