Aaron Gallagher showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Gaizko got free with Tristan Nordlet in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcelo Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bent Streyder in the 10th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Tristan Nordlet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomás Gaizko. Holmkjar Hotspurs's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Tomás Gaizko scored to the left of an out of position Tristan Nordlet, making the score, 2-0. Rejunte de perros's Tomás Gaizko got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 27 minutes, Tomás Gaizko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rejunte de perros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomás Gaizko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomás Gaizko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tristan Nordlet having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Gaizko in the 31st minute of play forced Holmkjar Hotspurs's goalkeeper Tristan Nordlet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelo Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bent Streyder in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rejunte de perros's goalkeeper Marcelo Armani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 38 minutes into the match, Rejunte de perros's Tomás Gaizko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tristan Nordlet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Rejunte de perros's Tristan Nordlet threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomás Gaizko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Holmkjar Hotspurs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ezequiel Ixaka was slow to take the kick. During this time Rejunte de perros's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Ezequiel Ixaka almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Holmkjar Hotspurs's Tristan Nordlet did a great save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pandapotan Mainaky during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Pandapotan Mainaky kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Tristan Nordlet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomás Gaizko in the 47th minute.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomás Barral was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Holmkjar Hotspurs's zone, Thomás Barral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tristan Nordlet came out of the goal and Thomás Barral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rejunte de perros's Marcelo Armani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Rejunte de perros from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the match, Rejunte de perros's goalkeeper Marcelo Armani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bent Streyder. Rejunte de perros's Thomás Barral got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 62 minutes of play, Rejunte de perros's Thomás Barral made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tristan Nordlet was left in no man's land by his defense there! Holmkjar Hotspurs's Tristan Nordlet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomás Barral in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Holmkjar Hotspurs's Sigfrid Eildorf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Armani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Holmkjar Hotspurs made a substitution. Magnus Steinwart replaced Bent Streyder. Rejunte de perros's Cheng Qian Qiang was substituted for Ezequiel Ixaka. Holmkjar Hotspurs's Kurd Frydenholt was substituted for Claes Katsir. Rejunte de perros made a substitution. Ivan Errolan replaced Aaron Gallagher. Marcelo Armani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elmar Lexbo in the 75th minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, Rejunte de perros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pandapotan Mainaky to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Paulo Eickworth in the 81st minute really tested Marcelo Armani's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Marcelo Armani made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Magnus Steinwart sent off a good shot on target. Tristan Nordlet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Errolan in the 89th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Thomás Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Nordlet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Rejunte de perros's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Steinwart came free, but Marcelo Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Holmkjar Hotspurs players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rejunte de perros.
