In the 3rd match minute, LA VIOLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Ove Abrahamsson to maneuver through the defense. Atlético Argentino's Josemir Lujambio got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Albert Rutledge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Josemir Lujambio came free, but Felix Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Josemir Lujambio sped through LA VIOLA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Felix Martinsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josemir Lujambio in the 19th minute of play forced LA VIOLA's goalkeeper Felix Martinsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Jerry Stabbe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Martinsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thananiti Cheewawipat in the 22nd minute of the match. Denis Dolmos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osvald Uter in the 29th minute. LA VIOLA were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Atlético Argentino's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sune Dahlberg took the corner. In the 30th minute, Svante Bäckman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Martinsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josemir Lujambio, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. If Thananiti Cheewawipat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Josemir Lujambio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Felix Martinsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Martinsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josemir Lujambio in the 41st minute of the match. A collision led to LA VIOLA getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jens-Ove Abrahamsson hit a great ball. Eufemio Yabbarov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Felix Martinsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Atlético Argentino were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Albert Rutledge made the kick off in the second half. Mao Shu Gang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvald Uter in the 55th minute of play forced Atlético Argentino's goalkeeper Denis Dolmos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thananiti Cheewawipat got free with Felix Martinsson in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Felix Martinsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josemir Lujambio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Josemir Lujambio came free, but Felix Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Martinsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thananiti Cheewawipat in the 66th minute. After 68th play minutes Thananiti Cheewawipat shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Felix Martinsson and just under the crossbar into goal. Eulalio Jago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Felix Martinsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, LA VIOLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerry Stabbe to maneuver through the defense. 73 minutes into the match, LA VIOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Josemir Lujambio came free, but Felix Martinsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Timoteo Rojelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atlético Argentino made a substitution. David Piarres replaced Josemir Lujambio. With his leg Felix Martinsson managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when Atlético Argentino's Mao Shu Gang fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eulalio Jago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Martinsson having to interfere. In the 86th minute Eulalio Jago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Martinsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mao Shu Gang succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 90th playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Thananiti Cheewawipat managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Argentino's supporters rose to their feet, but Thananiti Cheewawipat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Martinsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The LA VIOLA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético Argentino were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
