In the 11th minute, Zhuo Ke Le made a precise shot to the right of Héctor Barra. Capo de Provincia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Käller in the 15th minute of play forced Capo de Provincia's goalkeeper Héctor Barra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christiano Cabañas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Wilhelm Galle made a huge save. After some careless play in the Capo de Provincia defense, Sebastian Käller kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Héctor Barra. The Capo de Provincia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Héctor Barra should have stopped the shot. Kind of Blue made a substitution. Anastasios Pallini replaced Jonny Lagerberg. Héctor Barra came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Kind of Blue's Epifanio Aznar. But to his dismay, Epifanio Aznar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Sebastian Käller put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Héctor Barra. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Käller to make the kick off. Héctor Barra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 60 minutes Capo de Provincia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joacim Hansson who took care of the corner kick. After some careless play in the Kind of Blue defense, Alejandro Martxelin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilhelm Galle. The Kind of Blue fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilhelm Galle should have stopped the shot. Capo de Provincia made a substitution. Juan Riquelme replaced Epifanío Mejia. Capo de Provincia made a substitution. David Villa replaced Alejandro Martxelin. Kind of Blue made a substitution. Östen Högman replaced Zhuo Ke Le. In the 81st minute, one of Capo de Provincia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Capo de Provincia. Capo de Provincia:s Héctor Barra showed great skill when he stopped Sebastian Käller:s penalty. Sebastian Käller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Héctor Barra read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Capo de Provincia's Fructuoso Acedo got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Capo de Provincia! Wilhelm Galle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Riquelme in the 98th minute of the match. The Capo de Provincia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kind of Blue were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
