ATLETICO MENDOZA's Václav Filipi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sisebuto Frost in the 9th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Emilio Felipe Quintupran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Václav Filipi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Václav Filipi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Cuevas in the 15th minute of the match. Václav Filipi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Felipe Quintupran, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 20 minutes into the match, ATLETICO MENDOZA's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Felipe Quintupran came free, but Václav Filipi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Armando hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Dragones Celestes's Tohias Alavedra got a free kick in the 23rd minute. With an all-out effort, ATLETICO MENDOZA's Altay Dağdelen threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ivan Gentza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Dragones Celestes's Sisebuto Frost in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ATLETICO MENDOZA's goalie prevented a goal. 40 minutes into the match, Dragones Celestes's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Ruy came free, but Altay Dağdelen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Lucas Haimar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Altay Dağdelen was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sisebuto Frost in the 44th minute of play forced ATLETICO MENDOZA's goalkeeper Václav Filipi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Václav Filipi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Felipe Quintupran, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelo Cuevas made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, ATLETICO MENDOZA's goal looked a bit too open when Lin Chao Song came free, but Václav Filipi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sisebuto Frost kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Altay Dağdelen came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by ATLETICO MENDOZA's Lucas Haimar. But to his dismay, Lucas Haimar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Altay Dağdelen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Ruy in the 63rd minute of the match. Václav Filipi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sisebuto Frost, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Václav Filipi was a little too slow when Angelo Cuevas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-2. Altay Dağdelen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivan Gentza in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of ATLETICO MENDOZA booed when Dragones Celestes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lin Chao Song didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sisebuto Frost in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Václav Filipi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Dragones Celestes's Rafael Armando got a free kick in the 87th minute. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Sisebuto Frost got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Sotil during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd match minute, ATLETICO MENDOZA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Sotil to maneuver through the defense. Dragones Celestes's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
