A collision led to Fifth Chicken getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Mieszko Borkowski hit a great ball. Fifth Chicken's Dobri Koks played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ireneusz Jeleń in the 26th minute of play. Michaël Guillot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dobri Koks having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Dragan Cheresharski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dobri Koks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ireneusz Jeleń in the 38th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Edílson Souza made a precise shot to the right of Niculae Romanescu. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 53 played minutes Fifth Chicken got a freekick which was hit by Edílson Souza. With a little luck, Fifth Chicken's Dobri Koks got control of the ball when Ireneusz Jeleń tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michaël Guillot in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dobri Koks saved Fifth Chicken from getting behind. Krzysztof Wodaszak kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Fifth Chicken made a substitution. Krzysztof Dziewedik replaced Kazimierz Sliwinski. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Marco van Basten was substituted for Michaël Guillot. CWKS KĘDZIERZYN made a substitution. Robertas Lewandowski replaced Ireneusz Jeleń. Dobri Koks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco van Basten in the 85th minute of play. Marco van Basten's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Dobri Koks skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With an all-out effort, CWKS KĘDZIERZYN's Dobri Koks threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marco van Basten, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Robertas Lewandowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Dobri Koks made a huge save. Dobri Koks made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Robertas Lewandowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th minute, Marco van Basten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Fifth Chicken players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
