Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Magallanes's Juan Mondaca started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Juan Mondaca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Onyx! Juan Mondaca came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zdzislaw Domarecki could save by the left post. Ksawery Witkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piotr Zahemski, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Mondaca in the 19th minute of play forced Onyx's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Zahemski came free, but Ksawery Witkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jurand Jaraczeski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ksawery Witkowski having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Magallanes's Juan Mondaca dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. In the 34th minute Şahap Cezar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Witkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Magallanes booed when Onyx was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugeniusz Bugajski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Onyx from getting a goal against them. Tomás Thompson kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Ksawery Witkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Zahemski in the 44th minute of the match. With a little luck, Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki got control of the ball when Juan Mondaca tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Piotr Zahemski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zdzislaw Domarecki came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Magallanes's Juan Mondaca. But to his dismay, Juan Mondaca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Mondaca in the 60th minute of play forced Onyx's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Magallanes made a substitution. Juan Fernando Pirola replaced Alejandro Campbell. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Onyx's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Seran Turres was slow to take the kick. During this time Magallanes's players had a chance to rest. Ksawery Witkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piotr Zahemski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Kadim Sebil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zdzislaw Domarecki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kadim Sebil's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. The audience was convinced that Kadim Sebil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zdzislaw Domarecki was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 80th minute, Eugeniusz Bugajski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zdzislaw Domarecki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Magallanes fans cheered their team off the field, for while Onyx had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
