After a defensive mix-up in Black Rose 1979's zone, Ahmet Hakan Mahçupyan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist came out of the goal and Ahmet Hakan Mahçupyan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The corner ended in Ahmet Hakan Mahçupyan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Black Rose 1979's Karl-Johan Ahlqvist did a great save. Gol came free, but Nizam Soner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Okanalp Bilgiç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davor Šuker struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Nizam Soner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Black Rose 1979. !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU's Nizam Soner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

53 minutes into the match, !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU's goal looked a bit too open when Gaufred Betanzos came free, but Nizam Soner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Ahmet Hakan Mahçupyan took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Karl-Johan Ahlqvist to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Hakan Mahçupyan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karl-Johan Ahlqvist was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Nizam Soner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from D.J. Gol in the 67th minute of the match. !!KARAGÜLLE İMPARATORLUĞU's Jindřich Páral managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Joel Venceslao in the 70 minute of the game.
