In the 41st minute, James Carana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruben Montez was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's André Kuipers managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bartolo Ferdinand in the 47 minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Kaan Winter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Fender in the 51st minute of play. Ruben Montez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ede Szász went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. After 56 minutes of play, Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Claes Fender made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kaan Winter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bartolo Ferdinand hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Ede Szász fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Montez having to interfere. Kaan Winter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claes Fender in the 62nd minute of the match. Ruben Montez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ede Szász in the 69th minute. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hala Madrid Iraki FC's goalkeeper Ruben Montez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 94th minute, James Carana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hala Madrid Iraki FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
