The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Honkens Bengaler BK got a freekick which was hit by Jacek Ziemniak. William Vennersten took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christo Bothenhain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Honkens Bengaler BK's goalkeeper William Vennersten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwo Sawicki. In the 9th match minute, Tiger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lukas Wurm to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iwo Sawicki got free with William Vennersten in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lukas Wurm could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but William Vennersten made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Oskar Carlsson in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Josef Witlatschil saved Tiger from getting behind. William Vennersten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pentti Ojala went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute Knut Tingelholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josef Witlatschil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Oskar Carlsson in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Josef Witlatschil saved Tiger from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pentti Ojala got free with William Vennersten in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 35 played minutes Tiger got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Siltavirta. Tiger's Gilbert Majkowski was substituted for Christo Bothenhain. Mikael Siltavirta hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A well done corner resulted in Jacek Ziemniak drilling the ball in to score 1-2 behind Tiger's goalkeeper. Josef Witlatschil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Stigsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Josef Witlatschil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Oskar Carlsson's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Honkens Bengaler BK booed when Tiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwo Sawicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. William Vennersten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pentti Ojala in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Sawicki in the 57th minute of play forced Honkens Bengaler BK's goalkeeper William Vennersten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 minutes, Gilbert Majkowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tiger and the Honkens Bengaler BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Gilbert Majkowski hit a great ball. Josef Witlatschil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Knut Tingelholm in the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Knut Tingelholm made a precise shot to the right of Josef Witlatschil. Tiger's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Honkens Bengaler BK's William Vennersten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Sawicki in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Oskar Carlsson in the 70th minute of play forced Tiger's goalkeeper Josef Witlatschil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. William Vennersten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pentti Ojala in the 71st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Pentti Ojala managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tiger's supporters rose to their feet, but Pentti Ojala was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Vennersten breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 77 minutes into the match, Honkens Bengaler BK's goal looked a bit too open when Folko Rebe came free, but William Vennersten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 78 played minutes Honkens Bengaler BK got a freekick which was hit by Fred Stigsson. Tiger's Marten Weise was substituted for Pentti Ojala. Fred Stigsson hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Karl-Oskar Carlsson had several of the Tiger's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-4 score and a disappointed Josef Witlatschil as he didn't even see the shot coming. William Vennersten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iwo Sawicki in the 88th minute of play. Josef Witlatschil was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Knut Tingelholm showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 91 minute of play. Honkens Bengaler BK made a substitution. Pablo Gibert replaced Karl-Oskar Carlsson. Rafal Witkowski took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Josef Witlatschil. Josef Witlatschil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-6. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Honkens Bengaler BK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
