After having played for 5 minutes, Tytus Klejnowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forzositos de Salamanca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tytus Klejnowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gualterio Paublo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andreas Furcas in the 6th minute. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Forzositos de Salamanca's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Silvester Flück was slow to take the kick. During this time Fire Devils's players had a chance to rest. Walter Fransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Ubendu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the match, Forzositos de Salamanca's goal looked a bit too open when Silvester Flück came free, but Gualterio Paublo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walter Fransson came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Forzositos de Salamanca's Tytus Klejnowski. But to his dismay, Tytus Klejnowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Tytus Klejnowski sped through Fire Devils's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Walter Fransson. After 26 minutes, Duarte Balsemão mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forzositos de Salamanca and the Fire Devils players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 26 played minutes Forzositos de Salamanca got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Balsemão. Walter Fransson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Macario, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 33rd minute, Ueli Siegenthaler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Forzositos de Salamanca fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Forzositos de Salamanca's Tytus Klejnowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Edgard Macario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 46 minutes into the match, Forzositos de Salamanca's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Furcas came free, but Gualterio Paublo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Goliath Perna's late challenge caught a Forzositos de Salamanca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Goliath Perna helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Fire Devils's Goliath Perna got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half Forzositos de Salamanca were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
A collision led to Fire Devils getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Nikita Bolla hit a great ball. Gualterio Paublo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Furcas, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute of the match, Eulalio Ubendu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Walter Fransson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 59th minute, Eulalio Ubendu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Forzositos de Salamanca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. 62 minutes into the game, Andreas Furcas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Gualterio Paublo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th minute, Andreas Furcas made a precise shot to the right of Gualterio Paublo. Forzositos de Salamanca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. After a rather tough play, Fire Devils's Goliath Perna got a free kick in the 69th minute. Andreas Furcas charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andreas Furcas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Romero Zeier hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Forzositos de Salamanca's Daniel Macias tried to score from far away in the 74th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Forzositos de Salamanca getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gonzalo Montier hit a great ball. Silvester Flück, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Forzositos de Salamanca's Roldán Pensa was substituted for Tytus Klejnowski. 79 minutes into the game, Lajos Wenzel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fire Devils's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forzositos de Salamanca the free kick. The supporters of Forzositos de Salamanca booed when Fire Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lajos Wenzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roldán Pensa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Walter Fransson made a huge save. Fire Devils's Walter Fransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Fire Devils from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roldán Pensa in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Fransson saved Fire Devils from getting behind. The supporters of Forzositos de Salamanca booed when Fire Devils was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Percy Paterson didn't get a good kick on the ball.
